Hi there
We have been offered the easy move option for a new Taylor Wimpey home we are interested in and I am trying to find out if the developer tend to pay your stamp duty fees when choosing this option or not? I know they pay estate agent fees but could someone clarify if they pay stamp duty or not?
Many thanks

We used the scheme a few years' ago and I am almost certain the answer is that they don't. I am sure someone will be along soon with more recent information to confirm or deny this.0
