Is there a secrion on this forum where people post properties for sale or properties wanted as i am looking for a good investment that can generate a good yeild in rent also.

Tried that... and everything else!
I posted a thread about a barbershop woth a long lease but i don’t like the low yeild and also i think i might be responsible for the contents aswell as all the usual upkeep which is not worth it.
Also the hairdresser lease runs out in three years so then i assume i can rent it out as any commercial premises i want...0 -

No, you can lease it as an A1 category business (certain types of shops). Any other commercial use will require planning permission to change the category.
