Which court to use?

I already have a CCJ in my favour which states that the defendant must repay me.

However, when filling out the N349 (Third Party debt order) form I am not sure which court to put in the top right where it says 'In the ......."

I started the claims process online

Which court do I put in? Should I just put 'The County Court at the County Court Online as stated on the CCJ letter?

But who will I post/give the N349 form to?

You should send the application to the court where the debtor resides:
