Car Insurance - Reclaiming Premiums

In May 2017, i had a crash, which ended up in court. Therefore, my premiums went up for the next 2 renewals (including the existing cover), i moved from Esure, then QuoteMeHappy, then Tesco bank. During my time with QmH and my current cover with Tesco, as it was an unresolved claim, my premiums went up (£500 in the first year).
COurt ruled in my favour, so i now have my NCD from Esure.
Are QuoteMeHappy or Tesco under any obligation to pay me back what i have overpaid ?
Thanks

Unless they agreed to reimburse you should your NCD get reinstated then they have no obligation to do so0
