ppi refund cheque lost.

i have just found out my claim for ppi refund from lloyds was settled last june. any letters and crucially a cheque for almost 6k was sent to my old address where i have not lived for 14 years.strangly the letter from lloyds spelling this out was sent to my correct address. have i lost the money or can i chase this up? no idea at this stage if cheque was cashed or not.

Have you asked them to reissue the cheque?

Why would you have lost the money if you didn't bank the cheque? Just ask them to send a replacement.

it webt to the wrong address and it was sent 18 mths ago..only found out today dont think its going to b simple
