Plusnet not giving me my £50 cashback

I'm a new Plusnet broadband customer, and I chose a monthly package with £50 cashback. It's been a month and I haven't received an email or a letter about reclaiming the cashback. I phoned Plusnet a week ago and they keep saying they're waiting for the marketing team to get back to them, but nothing has happened.

Has anyone faced a similar problem? What do I need to do to reclaim the cashback?
