In the NEWBIES thread, I already point people in the direction of example defences. Sometimes, I hate to say, I wonder why I edit, update and post those links there.

It's frustrating when so many newbies just ask on their own threads for us to spend time repeating what's already there, or posting the example defence links all over again, just because it's a long thread.

So I've asked for all information/documents relating to the CC Claim, am I correct to think that until I receive these documents the claim has to be put on hold?
