    its up to YOU what you do, you SHOULD have emailed both of them , copying your own addess in as well to prove receipt

    no need for "signed for" , just free certificate of posting , clipped to a copy of the letter that was sent and kept in a folder for the future court case

    I would maybe wait a few days and see if you get the reply from Excel to the SAR, or email them anyway if you have not done so, with the same SAR, just to be sure (twice is better than missing post and no reply)

    then reply anyway to B W LEGAL with another rebuttal, asking for what was missing. this is currently a game of ping pong , do you not understand that ?

    backwards and forwards , sparring , before the big fight gets underway

    Sorry but its new to me and there was no mention from anyone to say its best to email them as opposed to returning the form in the post hence why i just simply posted. But thats what i shall now do now i actually know.
