Hi everyone,

A bit of advice really. I decided I didn't want my new Pixel 3 so within the 14 day period I returned it. They have inspected it and told me I must pay £215 to get my refund, or I must take the phone back and continue the contract, as there are a few small scratches on the screen and scratches near the sim card cover. They have sent picture evidence. Now I did inspect it and I couldn't see this at all, but silly old me didn't take pictures. I doubt there is much I can do here is there? What is the law regarding this? Any advice or pointers would be really appreciated!

Mark
