Anyone got a Parrot Handsfree?

OH has asked me to enquire, apparently there is quite a delay from the phone ringing to the Parrot picking up the call and he wondered if this was normal?

same as mine - speaker seems to kick in when the call is answered more often than not (mine is the visor attached version):j0

Sounds like its normal then
he was considering taking it back to Halfords as he reckons the delay is longer now than it ever was, but I don't fancy his chances after 5 months use.
