I think this closes on 15th November not December.
The T&Cs have a typo: "The competition opens at 09:00am Thursday, 1 November 2018, and closes at 23:59pm Thursday, 15 Thursday 2018."
but if the Thursday part is correct, then it'll be the 15th November.0
