I have been advised by my dermatologist to get cetaphil cleaner and Neutrogena red top hand cream as I have excema and psoriosis (spl). I went in to Boots and for a 200ml bottle of Cetaphil they are charging £7 and a 50ml bottle of the Neutrogena hand cream is almost £4!!
I have had a look on the internet but can't see where I can buy these cheaper. Does anyone know?

Neutrogena is expensive but its worth every penny . A tube will last ages. But dont buy it in boots at that price, look around. Tesco and Sainsbury often have it on offer and I actually found it a long time ago in the 99p shop so bought 10. Hubby has to use it as he gets cement dermatitis which leaves huge splits in his hands which take months to heal if he doesnt use it0
