The whole Student Loan system is floored and needs to be reconsidered if you ask me.
Not that i feel sorry in any way for the government, but i bet they only get back about £1 in every £5

Lungboy Arbitration is that through the courts, or can I do this out of court? Is it possible to settle out of court like get debt consolidation on this?
My memory is a little hazy since it happened to me as I was the claimant and had no interest in the arbitration side, but I think it's part of the court process. I seem to remember that if they take you to small claims court (a misnomer, there's no such thing really) then arbitration is offered beforehand as a matter of course to try and sort it before it gets to court. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable can clarify.0
