    Hi,

    The signage says cars must be parked within bays but before they took control of the car park, everyone more or less parked along the kerb in the estate instead of bays as parking in bays resulted in your car being covered in bird poo.

    If they display t&c clearly and also the penalties for transgression, assuming they have the authority from the landowner, then you have to show in what way they have failed to make these clear.

    The NEWBIES thread gives the technical points of appeal. Having ignored t& c for years and not been charged previously doesn't cut it, I am afraid.
