Honeymoon Advice

Hello MSErs..
I need some of your valuable opinions.
My fiancee and I are looking to sort our honeymoon for August 2008. We want to got to New York for 3 Nights, the Dominican Republic (all inclusive) for 7 nights, and then Las Vegas for 4 Nights (Flying from either Belfast/Dublin/London on the 10 August 2008). At the minute we have got prices for all the flights which total £1700. I was just wondering does this sound reasonable?? Also any websites for booking hotels etc would be appreciated....
Do you think I am wasting my time and should just go to a travel agent??
Thanks guys.
