Mine is about 60% although approx 20% of that is a regular overpayment. Many many years back i recall it being >90% :eek: and i had 2 jobs to cope with it, a horrid thing but necessary for me to get on the ladder at the time.0

Mine is 49% of my take home pay, but i'm single and have no dependents therefore i am coping ok.Roads! where we're going we don't need roads.0

Mortgage was around 35% of my take home pay, then I got made redundant. My wife organised a job and a rental property (unmortgaged) that was undergoing renovation got finished and let, bringing the income up to a similar level as it was before.
