    Ask the lender? You don't require these to make a complaint however

    Which version of PPI are you referring to. They had several in that period.

    If you have a complaint about PPI, then simply make it..

    No doubt many have, but they won't know what your T&Cs are.

    I never assume. ;)
    To reiterate, no one here can provide you with the T&Cs of any PPI you had.
    You should therefore direct any such queries to Barclaycard rather than posters on an internet forum .

    To finally repeat, I cannot see any instance where the T&Cs might help you in a mis-selling complaint in any case.

    If you have such a complaint, then simply make it.
