I'm willing to happily pay someone to write a defence for me? (OP)
Do not go there (CM)
Why not? I did.
IMO the OP is unlikely to write a winning defence without help, or indeed do well at a hearing. With possibly over £2,500 at stake, the OP is going to need all the help he/she can get.
I will not name him, but there is a chap in Maidenhead whom I can recommend, if OP reads some of my previous posts over recent months he/she should be able to find him.

No.
The OP has been given sound advice not to pay or give his details out!
And Mse doesn't allow advertising!
But lots of legal advice freely given by regulars here0 -

Then help others to help you!! Find a defence on another thread, copy and paste into a word doc then tailor it to suit your circumstances, I cant write defences but I know what they should contain, correct font Times new roman 12 point, numbered and spaced paragraphs etc etc etc. Loads of defence threads here!!!
Experienced posters WILL help and their good at it BUT they wont spoon feed you0 -
skindy2006, what is the Date of Issue on your Claim Form?0

The OP needs to get off their phone and view the forum on a PC or laptop and read half a dozen example defences and copy/adapt one.
That cannot possibly be done on a phone.
The OP also needs to tell us if he gets any private messages from pushy new posters saying they can help (do not even go there).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
