ZTE Blade v7 Lite

I have a ZTE Blade V7 Lite and would like to know how I can keep my setting to withhold my number on outgoing calls permanently.



I do know how to set this up, but when I switch the phone off then on again maybe several days later the setting has changed to Network default, which means my number is sent, I know it is a case of resetting when I do switch it off and on again but surely there is a way to keep this setting permanent.


So anyone know how to do this?



The settings available are: Network Default, Hide Number, Show Number.

If there is I can't find it.


The process is, click phone icon, click menu, click Settings, click Calls, click Additional Settings, click Caller ID, then choose from the 3 choices.



On clicking Caller ID I get to the 3 settings in my OP, I click on Hide Number, it then spins a wheel saying "updating settings" then goes back to the Additional Settings page.

Is this on the stock rom or have you rooted and installed a custom rom?

As far as I am aware I have just used the phones settings as explained above.
