    Unlike other networks this appears not be be possible with O2; I rang earlier and asked again, when I saw that other thread on the subject

    If its contract- can you log onto their web account like orange to see your free mins?

    I am on contract. Problem with logging onto to web is that they set your user name and password. My OH is so ridiculous that you would never remember it and you can't change it.

    I know I am ok as I have my free 200xnet and 200 text each month for 3 months but OH is dreadful and likes to constantly check.

    you can change the password. only problem, i have a dialaphone o2 and there is no balance or anything online... really sad, i asked them and they said they can not resolve the mater online i have to call them, I never did, but i think i will at the end...
