Legal and General With Profits Help

I have 3 Legal and General With profits pension schemes that were taken out in 1995 when I contracted out for a few years
For many years I didn't do anything with them, but in the last couple of years I have been putting money into one of them
Each year I get a yearly breakdown from them but I find the figures confusing
Pension 1 Reads (example) Feb 2018
Total pension pot value excluding with profits interim bonus and final bonus £20,000
Total pension pot value including with profits interim bonus and final bonus: £28,000
Transfer value: £28,000
Yet when I go onto the website to check the figures, It shows a Valuation amount of £37,000 and a transfer value of £37,000
Can anyone help explain why these figures are so different?
Also It has grown by about 5.5% p/a and I don't know whether to keep contributing or create a new pension somewhere
I find the whole thing very confusing

These old plans will have the former protected rights and non-protected rights shown as two pots. I suspect there is a pension 2 pot you are missing but the website is including.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
