HI all
I know the answer to the question in the title may seem a bit obvious just by typing that exact phrase into Google or Youtube. However, virtually every hit I get on Google or youtube shows you how to TRANSFER the EXISTING copy of windows 10 (currently on my Laptop) to my new SSD. The difference is... I don't want to TRANSFER my current Windows 10 installation to the new Laptop SSD because I'm certain that this current version of Windows 10 that I have currently running is full of virus's and junk. Looking at the videos on Youtube I would feel confident just moving the current Windows 10 to the new SSD using the methods shown but that's not what I want to do. I want to get rid of the corrupt EXISTING windows 10 installation by reinstalling it.
So, I have in front of me a new ADATA 120GB 2.5" SSD. I am easilly capable of removing the existing Laptop HDD using the tiny screwdrivers etc and would have no problem installing the new SSD. However, it goes without saying that when I switch on the Laptop with the new SSD installed of course there's no Operating system on it. So, with no operating system on the new SSD how do I go about downloading a new OS from Microsoft?
Thanks in advance all.

As above, burn disc, boot computer from said disc, run setup. No need to enter a license key, just press skip and select the version of Windows you currently have installed. It will then activate using the digital license MS has stored on their servers from your current install. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Just one edition make sure you have a way of accessing any drivers for the PC just in case they are not included with Windows 100
