43k in debt at 23 years old.

After meeting my now husband in 2013, buying a house, having two beautiful children, getting married and a failed business venture we have officially wracked up an enormous 43707.76 in debt!
We've eventually sat down and looked at our finances and was just wanting to hear your thoughts on how to move forward....
Income:
Me: £1243.67 per month
Hubby: £1605.14 per month
Tax credits: £603.16 per month
Child benefit: £149.07 per month
Total income per month: £3601.04
Outgoings:
Mortgage: £316.95
My Car insurance: £76.40
Hubby car insurance: £56.61
Tv license: £12.37
Council tax: £113
Energy: £76
Car tax me: £10.06
Car tax hubby: £11.81
Water: £36.14
ID (hubby phone): £5
Contacts: £33
House insurance: £18.77
Childminder £550
Food: £200
Petrol: £100
Toll fare: £85.68
