Have DWP stopped doing ESA work focused interviews?

I've been on the ESA work-related activity group benefits since 2012 I think and had a work focused interview every 6 months on January and July. But this year's January and July I've had no work focused interview appointments and the benefits still come through regardless. Have they stopped doing it?

I suspect that the official answer is 'No'. The reality is more that staff are so over stretched that they are concentrating on UC and everything else is just being metaphorically dumped in the corner.0
