Esa form and pension

Hi I'm sorting the form for my husband. It asked about pensions. I get the normal opt in work pension certain % of my wage which increases each year. Think it's the standard one all workplaces had to offer. Is this the occupational pension that the form mentions. I've looked on Google but struggling to figure it out xx
