Consolidating pensions

I have 3 small UK pensions worth £2k and £24k with Reassure and £6k with Sun Life (at last valuations). I will be 55 next week and live in Canada.

Im not sure when i intend to draw these pensions but i think it would be a lot easier if they were all in one place. If I do consolidate them into a SIPP are there any implications for UK tax and withdrawal rules? Also any suggestions for a good SIPP with low charges? I am not in favour of QROPS because all the eligible Canadian schemes were disqualified.

The above amounts would be a smallish proportion of my overall pension savings (less than 10%)

Thanks for any help or advice.
