Governement Grants for warmer homes?

I am in receipt of P.I.P. (high mobility, low care) and my landlord has just had an energy efficiency survey done on our home. Despite doing everything we can, our house is only 1/2 as efficient as it could be, so I was wondering if there are any Gov Grants available to help with energy efficiency for people getting PIP?
TIA

As you don't own the house, if there is a grant available, I would've thought that it would be for the LL to apply for it rather than you as a tenant. Or are you asking on the LL's behalf?

I have applied for grants in the past (about 17 years ago) and got (with LL permission) storage heaters (too expensive to run), loft insulation and cavity wall insulation. She asked me to see to see if I was entitled to anything else as it's been so long

There's the warm home discount scheme for money off your energy bill. Eligibility criteria for this depends on your energy supplier but mostly it's Pension credit which is the core group and broader group which would be low income or means tested benefits. PIP alone may not automatically qualify you.

Applications are closed for this year now but will be re-opening in October this year. When the time comes check with your energy supplier for the criteria, as they are all different.
