Hi, first time poster, but have been following the forum for a long time...any help much appreciated.
I have started the process of claiming back for an unaffordable loan that was with quickquid, I was sent all the details of my loans, then sent the full complaint letter from a template with all my supporting evidence via recorded delivery over 10 weeks ago....Quickquid haven't responded whatsoever......what would be my next step? send them another letter or send something the financial ombudsman as Quick Quid haven't responded within the 8 weeks?
Many thanks for taking the time to read my post

Hi dalton0212
Have you checked whether anyone signed for the letter that you sent by recorded delivery?
If someone did sign, I would now take your complaint on to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). If no one signed they might try claiming they did not receive your complaint. You could still go directly to the FOS, but they may give Quick Quid extra time to try and resolve your complaint before they investigate.
Good luck with it all.
