    Be aware the 0843 number costs up to 65p per minute to call. If the original competition advert failed to mention the call charges, it stands in breach of Ofcom regulations in place since 1 July 2015.

    Be aware that Champney's post-sales customer service line is also an 0843 number and therefore operating in breach of Regulation 41 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
