Section 75 exceptions

Hi all
Hunted through the MSE site but could not find a clear answer to my question so thought I would post here to see if anyone can help.
I bought some concert tickets through Viagogo.com but the concert was then cancelled due to artist illness and the concert re-scheduled. Unfortunately the new date is when we are away on holiday so we cannot attend. We asked Viagogo.com for a full refund but they said all we can do is put the tickets, which we never received anyway, up for sale on their website.

My question is - Do Viagogo fall into the intermediaries bracket and so are not covered by Section 75 refund policy?

Hope someone can help so I can file a Section 75 claim to my credit card.

Thanks.

Viagogo position themselves as intermediaries whose service is to link buyers with sellers, so I'd have thought that it would be impractical to succeed with a s75 claim when a concert is rescheduled.

However, perhaps worth trawling through the small print governing the contract you formed when making the purchase to see if there are any other avenues to pursue beyond what they're suggesting....
