Plevin

I have had several store and credit cards as well as car finance. I have tried PPI and got nothing back. I then tried Plevin and still got nothing. Ive had no success at all.

You say you have tried, what have you tried, have you sent in a bono fide complaint to the lenders, what was there response ?

Hi, I have £8000 to pay on a trust deed. I got £4000 from PPI and I bought a reliable car. My other kept needing repaired and I need a car for work and my parents are elderly. I contacted trust deed to say what I!!!8217;d done to keep myself right. I was scared about what they!!!8217;d say. I want rid of the debt but I needed a reliable car.

Somewhat confused by your post. Your earlier post on this thread (and shown above) indicated you had successfully claimed £4k PPI, yet this thread says you haven't claimed any.

Your store cards and car fiance were probably sold prior to regulation, so any complaint could be dismissed if this was the case. Plevin would not apply.
