My purchase was 3rd November and received the claim form yesterday.
I also had the same conversations withe the indian call centre, it was so frustrating as they just keep repeating the same script . I suggested that I may change the terms and conditions and pay 14 days late also, got me nowhere but i felt better.

I got my Next Vouchers this morning!!!

5 x £10 vouchers arrived in the post around 5 weeks after I applied, then transferred a balance to the card. I spoke to a really helpful lady called RINKI when I first got the card & she was great - maybe ask for her!

The vouchers are only able to be used in the shops that you request them for - if you asked for River Island, then that's the only shop you can spend them in!
