Barclaycard Platinum £50 Voucher

Hi all
Thanks for reading this thread, I telephoned Barclaycard yesterday. A very nice gentleman told me I would be receiving my "voucher" within 28 days - I presume he meant the form to tick which voucher I wanted, but I have taken his name (for a change!) so I will chase it up if I haven't heard by the end of this month.
Thanks so much for the original tip - this will really help out with the Christmas shopping this year!

Has anyone actually obtained their vouchers yet? I got my card a little while ago and no word of any vouchers yet.

I have emailed them today. I'll post how I get on.

Got my vouchers today. Must say very quick service, no probs with receiving the voucher pack to claim or vouchers.

Well I've still not had anything, and my qualifying purchase was on 6th Nov, which I have since received the statement for and paid in full.

Rang last night. After much confusion and waiting on hold whilst the guy in the Indian call centre had to keep checking with his manager, I was told that there is a delay, and it will now be up to 28 days before my voucher claim form is sent out :mad:

Not sure that I fully believe this, but all I can do is wait and see...the 28 days will be up next week.
