working tax credits question

I got a letter of 'annual review' for the end of the tax year a few weeks back. Anyway you are supposed to contact them if you've earned less than £13176 in the tax year just gone and I have. I have to say I don't remember being paid any tax credits since September, At the start of the tax year in 2017, in the letter it records my working hours as 45 hours. It also records as my hours as being declared as 35 hours from the beginning of September. After xmas they were again under 30 hours but again I can't remember if I let them know, it doesn't show I did. Not sure what I should do. Maybe best to keep my mouth shut or am I missing out on a big windfall.
