Moved money to closed account - where is the money?

Moved money to one of my closed accounts. Original bank are saying the closed bank haven’t returned it and the closed account bank are saying they have.
Neither bank are helping, just blaming each other. What do I do??!!

Have you asked the bank which held the closed account for confirmation of the date and time of returning the payment to the transferor account and the reference under which it was sent?0
