GE money Plevin case help?

first post here, just after advice on plevin Claim

Background, took out secured loan with GE in July 2005, via Loanline ( who no longer trade), and settled Oct 2006
few years back I tried to claim against GE for PPI, but they rejected saying I needed to claim against Broker I couldn’t due to them no longer trading, and I never went down the FOS compensation route

I am now looking at Plevin, and wondering if I have a case with GE, or will i get fobbed off again

I have the paperwork![/FONT]

Your complaint was against the broker who is no longer trading, not GE Money, so you were not "fobbed off".

However, since your complaint is post January 2005, you should contact FSCS who may be able to help.
