Microwaves that don't interfere with wifi?

My microwave is at the point where it's literally getting rusty, so time for a new one. (Can't complain - it's a cheapo Mitsui, I've had it for 16 years and it wasn't new then, it was a castoff from my mum.)
Roughly I'm looking for something about 25 litres, 800-900 W, and just a microwave (don't care about grill or combi oven). As far as that goes, I can figure out likely choices from reviews and shopping sites...
But what I can't see mentioned anywhere is wireless interference. When my current microwave is running, it really messes up the wifi signal in the kitchen - and I'm not sure whether this is just something all microwaves do, or whether some are better than others.
Any recommendations or anti-recommendations?? Thanks!

Did you ever get your old microwave tested for leakages?0

The problem is that all microwave ovens and Wi-Fi 802.11b, 802.11g, and 802.11n-2.4 all operate on the same frequency, around 2.4 GHz.
If your computery things have the capability you could changing to 802.11a, 802.11n and 802.11ac which operate around 5 GHz. This will have a lot less interference (but range may be reduced).A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -
But if your microwave is leaking significant amounts of radiation at 2.4GHz, then it's about time it was chucked in the skip and replaced with a new one that doesn't leak radiation. If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -

+1
If it totally messes up your WiFi then it sounds like it leaks. I would think after 16+ years the RF seals aren't that good.0 -
Thanks all - yes, buying a new one is 100% the plan.
Is there any brand / model that is sealed to RF better than any other, or should I expect all new ones to be pretty similar?0
