Leak on FF of a House

Hi All -
London had a battering of a hail thunder and rain storm this afternoon. As a result, we noticed there is a leak somewhere either on the roof or external wall, something which is not visible to the naked eye. The front sie of the house, in one of the bedroom is affected and the leak can be seen running all the way from outer most wall to its inside wall.
Firstly, I was wondering therefore, where would be the best place to start looking for a specialist who can identify the problem and fix it? Is this a roofing specialist?
And secondly, would the repairs be covered under Buildings insurance? We have Together Mutual buildings and contents insurance, I will give them a ring tomorrow morning.
Not had a major leak like this in 20 years!
Thanks in advance.
