Which suppliers provide gas when it is located in an independent LDZ (local distribution zone)?

Almost all suppliers will supply you. Big or small.
There are only a very few exceptions, but if you cannot find any mention on the suppliers website whether they do or don't, then simply give them a call.
Brilliant Energy certainly supply via IGT's whose customers MPRN start with 74. I know because we have such an MPRN and are supplied by them.
Zog, another small supplier, also do (they didn't originally when they launched, but added a comment on their website later to say they would start accepting IGT customers) and we were previously supplied by them, but as I said they became too expensive (and that was before their recent price hike)0
