CBT letter

I wish to get a support letter from CBT for ESA. Should I ask to be addressed to me directly or to my GP and copy to me?

Thanks

Does it matter which one? You'll receive the letter which ever way you do it.

Normally if you go to CBT or any other specialist, They assessor at those places always normally send a letter back to the GP stating outcomes or how it's went etc.

They will always be addressed to the DR. But that doesn't make any difference to ESA. It's still about you, Normally Dr's charge for these and sometimes get you to sign a release form.

You can also ask to be cc'd into the letter too, so you always get a copy. When i attend appointments like this, i've always had a copy of everything sent to my GP.

I am still attending CBT and I have a ESA reassessment now, that's why I was asking. I was going to ask therapist for a support letter. That's why I was asking in my original question.
