Will I get a backpayment all the way back to 14 weeks if I win my appeal?

Hi all, I applied for ESA on Universal Credit, I had to wait for my medical which happened on the 14th week after my claim. This medical happened in February. It wasn't until April I got the result, I was in WRAG and not the support group. I put a mandatory reconsideration in, and it didn't work. So I've applied to the tribunal.
What I want to know is if I win at the tribunal will I recieve a backpayment all the way back to the 14th week of my claim (in Feb)?
