Employment Tribunal Position Statement

Hi all, I am a litigant in person who is taking her ex-employer to Employment Tribunal. I have had the preliminary hearing and they have agreed to judicial mediation. I have been asked by the judge to prepare a position statement. Th only advice I can find by googling is related to Family Law. Has anyone here got the expertise or experience to give me some pointers such as : how long it should be, what it should include, or even just basic headings!
Thanks in advance

The purpose of this statement is to assist with the mediation. So there isn't much point rambling on.
I would suggest you keep it quite short - basic headings with the key details, focussing on what you are asking the employer to pay.0 -
Thank you. Should I include dates etc? How short is quite short? 7 pages double spaced?0

I would like to repeat the question. I'm in a similar situation and have no idea how to formulate the statement. Please can someone help?0

AND suggest you post more details. Often people think they have a claim when they don't. Better to know now than in 6 months having spent £X, or worse be liable for £Y,000s0
