You were receiving contribution based ESA with an income based 'top up' because you had savings under £6000 and no other income.
The disability premiums were because you were in the support group and because you are single, no one receives Carer's allowance for you and you have PIP - standard of enhanced living or DLA mid or high rate care. These disability premiums are only awarded if you are eligible for income based ESA.
So, when you started receiving your pension they calculated that because your income based ESA is reduced £1 for £1 by your pension this made your income based ESA less than your contribution based ESA.
So, they then revert to your contribution based ESA which is what is being paid to you because it is more than if it was solely an income based claim.
Contribution based ESA is not affected by savings.

Living expenses. £73.10
Severely disabled £62.45
Disability income guarantee £15.90
Support group extra £36.55
Totals £188.00
Now it says less £87.38 due to pension income
Total £100.62 instead of £188.00?????

Either way your pension will affect all of the premiums. If your pension is more than £85 per week then please see post #3 as posted by Alice.0 -

Another thing, if you receive housing benefit if the lump sum you had is over £6000 then it will affect this. Anything over £16000 will stop it completely.0

Another thing to be aware of is that now you're not on income based ESA you're not automatically entitled to free prescriptions, dental care etc. If you tick the ESA box you could be fined.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0
