Universal Credit Question

My daughter receives housing benefit and tax credits. Her area is switching over to UC shortly - will she be put on it? No other benefits, just rent paid and either child or working tax credits, I'm not sure which. TY!

Unless she has a change of circumstances then she will not be affected by UC coming to her area.

Managed migration (when people currently on legacy benefits move to UC) will not start until July 2019 at the earliest. These people will have a transitional protection so that they do not lose out if their current benefits are more that when they move to UC.
