and both sound like nigerian scammers, terrible grammar,
whats their feedback like? You're not your * could have not of * Debt not dept *0 -
She has bought the phone on buy it now. It was the grammar that worried me after reading about all the scams.
she has paid by paypal, confirmed user confirmed address feedback of 107. Ebay details match her paypal. funds are in my account.
She wants it sent to the paypal registered address, am i worrying for nothing?? her surname is not English, maybe english isn't her first language which is why the grammar is like it is?
here is my auction

Sounds ok so far. Do you qualify for seller protection? My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
yup and SD covers you again so i would just go with it.0
-
yes it says eligable for sellers protection
was just worried, with all the scams going on i was worried about going with ebay for this. just want to be sure0 -
Agreed just ensure you send SD and fill in tracking details on Paypal and you should be fine. Ensure you have a note of the IMEI number and all should be OK.0

I think the problem with aBay is you read about so many scammers it makes you a littlr jumpy with what are geniune buyers.
As Hintza says send it Special Delivery & definately keep a note of the IMEI number.
Good Luck I am sure it will be fine0 -
thank you all for your opinions i really appreciate it

LOL I use mainly ebay in France, this is how i might come across to my buyers when I write to them in my school boy french, doesn't make me a scammer! just different and of course johnny foreigner.0
