Please stop flailing - stop assuming you are screwed - and just get on with it, like they did. They still won.
Publican Paul on pepipoo won last year after filing a WS with 2 days to spare.
Loads more I can't recall, this is more common than you think so just do it (WS and evidence, in person to the Court, in a ring binder tomorrow if you can get this done tonight). Then email BW Legal's version of everything and print out the SENT item email, and add that to your own file of copies of everything in case they pretend you didn't serve the WS & evidence at all.
As above, URGENTLY just put a WS and evidence together this weekend.
This is a simple stage, your words, no template. AND YOUR EVIDENCE.
The NEWBIES thread tells you the usual evidence to file and shows you examples of WS, not sure why this has been allowed to lapse beyond this week, it's SIMPLE. Read some, copy one!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
