Help ive just recieved an email saying ive paid

1st of all,have you logged into paypal to check? not following any email links but going direct into paypal.
you shouldnt put the address up as it may be innocent

yes i have logged into paypal and it does show up as

i have removed my credit cards from paypal and open up a Open Dispute to paypal in the Transaction Details page its got Description:

Good news paypal have accepted my case and has gave me back the £342.43 GBP that was stolen from my account last night , you gotta give paypal credit for the quick service it only happened last night and money back by morning.

Does that mean i wont be able to put the funds back into my account untill the investigation is over?
