As my name is on my dads mortgage, do I now own a percentage of the house?

It's who is named on the title deeds that counts.
If push came to shove, it would be a costly and lengthy process to prove your ownership via mortgage records.0 -
My husband and I have a small mortgage but I am the only one who owns the house (on deeds), he has no charge on it whatsoever ..so I would say no.0

You say your name is on the mortgage: Have you been paying some of the mortgage? If so you almost certainly have a "beneficial interest" in the place, even if not named on the deeds.0
