Is my card broke?

Hello all, I bought a Galaxy S7 Edge in september and I bought a 32g memory card to go along with it, all has been fine up until a week or so ago. I went into my gallery and saw there was two "camera" folders with different pictures saved in each of them, opened a few pictures and clicked details to see all of them were saved to my phone rather than the memory card like they used to be.

Checked camera settings and saw it has changed to phone memory instead of sd, changed it back, took a picture and it changed back, reset camera settings back to default and got the pop up saying a memory card had been inserted, again took a picture and it changed back to phone memory on its own.

If I go into the memory card settings there is no longer an option to mount or unmount the card, tried taking the card out and putting it back in and nothing has changed. If I go to my files it shows both phone memory and memory card, and I am able to see everything on the card. has my card died or am I missing something?
