NPB Help please

Hi
Sold item on the 30th sept to a newbie (F/B 7 although all pos,remarks like "lengthy transaction"and "got there in the end" did start alarm bells ringing)
Anyway opened an NPB 10 days later as had no comms from them at all.
They responded to NPB on the 12th oct stating they were having trouble with PP acc but would sort it out over the weekend and make payment Monday (mind you didn't say which Monday:rolleyes: )
Payment still not received and blue tick now showing.
Do i now close dispute?
Give them a bit longer?
They won several items around that time and judging by the lack of F/B prob havent paid for those either!

I would leave them a neg to warn others what they are like. They may have received previous strikes so another one may get them kicked.
Far too many timewasters/non payers out there on, trouble is its easy for them just to open another account.0
